1926 to 2025 – The 100 Years History Book – Archival Form:

Archival form for items or unpublished material including memorabilia (ie trophies, premiership flags, guernseys), personal papers, photographs and other pictorial images or personal recollections of the Prince Alfred Old Collegians Football Club to assist with the preparation of the 100 Years History Book and augment the Club’s archival records and display at Park 9


Proposed Themes for 100 Years History Book (subject to change / final approval by Club &/or Author).

  • The Families – generational members who have contributed in various ways

  • The Places – including the Ovals, the Pubs and facilities at 245 The Parade and Park 9

  • The Leaders – the standout Chairmen, Coaches & Captains or others?

  • The Best Players / Best Teams Over eras and why?

  • The Influencers – PAC & Club people who made contributions to the Amateur League, SANFL and beyond

  • The Characters – the ratbags, the personalities, and the things they did or said!

  • The Controversies –Old Scholars v Non-Old Scholars, Amateur status v paying players & others?

  • The Opponents – SPOC, Adelaide Uni and those bloody District sides!

  • The Premierships – memorable premierships and why? 

  • The Eras – notable periods and why?
